Support

Get help without sending sensitive money details in public.

FinKind support starts with clear recovery paths and asks for the least information needed to diagnose a problem.

Account access

Use the recovery path on the App sign-in screen.

Password recovery uses a time-limited email link and returns the same public response whether or not an address is registered. Account-security email is sent from the FinKind-owned support@finkind.io mailbox through Microsoft Graph; proving that delivery end to end is a launch gate.

  • Do not send a password, recovery token, or complete financial plan to support
  • If a link has expired, request a new one from the App

Planning help

Start from the screen that owns the number.

Today explains the safe-to-spend answer. Forecast shows every calculation step. Plan owns scheduled money, and Accounts owns current balances. Reconciliation records why a balance changed and supports explicit undo.

  • Capture the screen name and error text, not private account numbers
  • Use export and deletion controls from Settings when released

Security reports

Report security concerns to support@finkind.io.

Security reports go to support@finkind.io, the FinKind-owned shared mailbox. A published response window and separate vulnerability-reporting guidance are launch gates; until they are published, this preview does not claim a monitored response time.

  • No public launch before the security channel and its response window are verified
  • Published guidance will distinguish vulnerabilities from account support

Money help, without judgment

See the product with fictional money first.

The Demo stays separate from member accounts and resets whenever you want.
